Techprint specializes in plastic molding services offering our customers the repeatability and efficiency that is needed to produce a quality part. Our design engineers have a strong back ground in injection and compression molding. Our molding services span from prototype development through short and long production runs. Our molding department is capable of molding parts with extremely tight tolerances and complex geometries. We can enhance and develop an existing plastic part as well as design new plastic parts to meet your requirements. Whether our clients need large quantities and fast rotate or specialized small volume runs, we can do it all with our injection and compression molding techniques. Our process engineers and technicians utilize mold building techniques while establishing robust and stable processes. As part of our integrated package, we offer a full range of secondary support services including component printing, converting and finishing and product testing.
Our manufacturing capabilities include: die cutting, laser cutting, laminating, embossing, rotary die cutting, slitting, sheeting, fabrication and contract assembly. We also have the expertise to handle several other print technologies including digital, silkscreen, flexography and thermal transfer.
We offer CAD / CAM support, design assistance, prototype, short run production, high volume production, and inspection or quality control. We also assist in upgrading or redesigning, re-evaluating or modernizing existing products to increase performance and/or reduce manufacturing costs.
Our graphic and engineering design personnel work with clients to determine the best product design with the latest state-of-the-art technology. We provide complete converting and finishing options and our processes adhere to ISO 9001:2000, UL, CSA, IPC, ESD, and RoHS Compliant standards.
